Charging & Care

Your bag charges over USB-C. We'd recommend sticking with the cable supplied in the box, as it's the one we've tested the bag against, and a worn or poor-quality third-party cable is the most common cause of slow or failed charging (particularly lightning cables). If yours is lost or damaged, contact help@rachelbloom.com and we'll send a replacement.

A full charge takes approximately [3/4] hours and lasts for weeks when lightly used. If you use the bag daily, charge it daily as you would your phone. Please charge fully before first use.
