- Repair at no cost (excluding shipping), or replacement if repair isn't possible

3-Year Extended Warranty
$100 · Add within 30 days
- Everything in the standard warranty, extended to 3 full years
- No additional repair or replacement fees during the coverage period

What we'll do
Our promise
If your bag experiences a malfunction or defect in any of the covered components during the coverage period, we'll either repair the issue at no cost (excluding shipping), or replace the defective component (or the entire smart module) if repair isn't possible.
We aim to resolve all warranty issues quickly and quietly, so you can get back to carrying with confidence.

- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fabric scuffing
- Accidental damage, water immersion, or misuse
- Issues caused by self-repair or third-party servicing
- Lost or stolen bags
Adding the upgrade
Eligibility & how to add it
Add it directly through the Extended Warranty product page. Coverage activates automatically from your original order date once the upgrade is confirmed. No paperwork, no activation step.
After coverage ends
Out-of-warranty repairs.
If your standard 1-year coverage has ended and you didn't add the extended warranty, we can still help. Tech-related repairs are a flat fee, including evaluation, component replacement if needed, and full functionality testing.
