At Rachel Bloom, we stand behind the quality and innovation of every smart bag we create. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, or if something isn’t working as it should, we’re here to help.


30-Day Return Policy

We offer a 30-day return window from the date of your order confirmation. If for any reason you change your mind, you may return your unused bag for a full refund, no questions asked.

To qualify for a return:

  • The bag must be in unused condition and returned in original packaging

  • Returns must be initiated within 30 days of order confirmation

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, and return shipping is the customer’s responsibility

  • Bags showing signs of wear, damage, or misuse are not eligible for return

1-Year Limited Warranty

All Rachel Bloom bags come with a 1-year limited warranty (365 days from order date) covering manufacturing defects and technology malfunctions related to:

  • The fingerprint lock

  • Integrated GPS module

  • Internal electronics and charging ports

If a fault develops within this warranty period, we’ll repair or replace the technology at no cost to you (excluding shipping). Cosmetic wear or accidental damage is not covered.


Extended 3-Year Warranty (Optional)

At checkout, customers have the option to upgrade to a 3-year extended warranty for $100. This extends your total warranty coverage from 1 year to 3 years, giving you peace of mind for long-term use.

The extended warranty includes:

  • All technology-related components (as above) covered for 3 years

  • Priority repair or replacement service

  • No additional repair fees during the coverage period (shipping not included)

If you purchased your bag without the extended warranty, you may still request out-of-warranty repairs after the 1-year coverage period. The standard fee is $125 per repair, plus all applicable shipping costs.
