For those who want added peace of mind, we offer a 3-Year Extended Warranty upgrade for $100, available for a limited time after purchase.
This upgrade extends your total warranty coverage from 1 year to 3 full years, protecting the core smart features of your bag for long-term use — whether you travel frequently, use your bag daily, or simply want the added confidence of extended protection.
Extended Warranty Benefits:
- Full coverage of the fingerprint lock, GPS feature (if applicable), and internal electronics for 3 years
- No additional repair or replacement fees during the coverage period (excluding shipping)
- Priority handling for repairs or replacements
- Extended coverage activates automatically from your original purchase date
Covered Components:
- Fingerprint lock module
- GPS tracking hardware
- Internal electronics, including battery and charging components
- Wiring or circuitry that supports smart features
What’s Included:
If your bag experiences a malfunction or defect in any of the covered components during the 3-year coverage period, we will:
- Repair the issue at no cost (excluding shipping), or
- Replace the defective component (or the entire smart module) if repair is not possible
We aim to resolve all warranty-related issues quickly and efficiently to ensure minimal disruption.
What’s Not Covered:
- Normal wear and tear, cosmetic damage, or fabric-related scuffing
- Accidental damage, water immersion, or misuse
- Issues caused by attempted self-repair or third-party servicing
- Lost or stolen bags
Eligibility & How to Add
The 3-Year Extended Warranty may be added within 30 days of your original purchase date. It must be purchased directly through this Extended Warranty product page.
Once the 30-day eligibility window has passed, the Extended Warranty can no longer be added to your order.
Out-of-Warranty Repairs
Didn’t purchase the extended warranty and need a repair after your 1-year coverage has ended? No problem.
We offer a flat repair fee of $125, plus shipping, for out-of-warranty technology-related issues. This includes evaluation, component replacement (if needed), and full functionality testing.
