Loyalty & Founders Prize Terms

These terms govern The Bloom Circle loyalty program, the Bloom Rewards referral program, and the Founders Prize annual leaderboard ("the Programs") operated by Lockus LLC, doing business as Rachel Bloom ("we", "us", "Rachel Bloom"), at rachelbloom.com.

By participating in any of the Programs, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not participate. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your activity governs that activity.

1. Eligibility

The Programs are open to individual customers aged 18 or over who have a valid Rachel Bloom customer account. Membership is automatic with your first purchase at rachelbloom.com.

The Programs are void where prohibited by law. Employees of Rachel Bloom and Lockus LLC, and their immediate family members, may participate in The Bloom Circle but are not eligible for Founders Prize rewards.

2. The Bloom Circle tiers

The Bloom Circle is a three-tier loyalty program. Tier is determined by your verified order history at rachelbloom.com.

• The Bloom · Any first purchase. Includes early access to drops, the Safety Edit guide, and the Safety Dispatch newsletter.
• The Circle · Two or more orders. Includes everything in The Bloom plus behind-the-scenes content and a free 3-Year Extended Warranty on eligible bags purchased while a Circle member.
• Inner Circle · $1,000 or more in lifetime spend. Includes everything in The Circle plus 2 years of free GPS service, first-priority access to limited colourways, and a direct contact line to Rachel.

Tier benefits are non-transferable, have no cash value, and may not be sold. Lifetime spend is calculated from completed and non-refunded orders. Refunded or returned orders may reduce your tier.

3. Bloom Rewards referral program

3.1 How it works

Every Bloom Circle member receives a unique referral link in their loyalty account. When a new customer makes their first qualifying purchase using your referral link, you unlock one Bloom Reward, redeemable from the menu below. Rewards stack: each successful referral unlocks one reward.

3.2 Reward menu

For each unlocked reward, you may choose ONE of the following:

• $50 Bloom Credit · A one-time discount code applied at checkout against any Rachel Bloom bag at rachelbloom.com. Valid on bags only; not redeemable against accessories, warranty upgrades, gift cards, or other products.
• Free 3-Year Extended Warranty · Stated value $100, applied to your most recent eligible bag or your next bag purchase, at our discretion.
• The Founders Bundle · A free Rachel Bloom RFID Blocking Card, a Leather Cleaning Set, and a Waterproof Cover & Case for your bag.

3.3 Friend reward

The referred friend receives 10% off their first order. The discount may be automatic via your referral link or applied with code RBFRIEND10 at checkout. Maximum one use per customer.

3.4 Qualifying purchase

A "qualifying purchase" means an order placed by a new customer (no prior orders at rachelbloom.com) which is paid in full, shipped, and not subsequently refunded or charged back. We confirm referrals only after the order has cleared our return window.

3.5 Redemption

Rewards are tracked in your "My Rewards" account at loyalty.rachelbloom.com. To redeem, request your chosen option and we will email a discount code or apply the warranty within 5 business days. Codes are single-use, non-transferable, cannot be combined with other offers, and expire 12 months from issue.

3.6 Limits

You may not refer yourself, members of your household, or accounts you control. You may not stack the friend's 10% with other discount codes. We reserve the right to deny rewards for any referral we believe in good faith was made in bad faith, with intent to abuse, or in violation of these terms.

4. The Founders Prize leaderboard

4.1 The competition

The Founders Prize is an annual leaderboard ranking Bloom Circle members by total qualifying referrals during the calendar year. The 2026 leaderboard runs from the date these terms are published through 11:59 PM Eastern Time on 31 December 2026.

4.2 Prize structure

At the close of the leaderboard, the following prizes will be awarded:

• 1st place · An in-person experience day with Rachel and the Rachel Bloom team in Washington DC or Cincinnati, including pampering, dinner, design conversation, and recognition. Approximate retail value $5,000-$10,000. Travel and accommodation up to $2,500 included for winners travelling to attend; exact city, itinerary, and date set at our discretion. Bag or product to be named in the winner's honour subject to design timeline.
• 2nd and 3rd place · A virtual session with Rachel, one Rachel Bloom bag of the winner's choosing (excluding limited or one-of-one releases), plus an invitation to a feedback round on a future season's design. Approximate retail value $500-$1,000.
• 4th through 10th place · One Rachel Bloom bag of the winner's choosing (excluding limited or one-of-one releases) plus first-look access to new drops for 12 months. Approximate retail value $300-$500.
• 11th through 50th place · A Rachel Bloom RFID Blocking Card plus first-look access to new drops for 12 months. Approximate retail value $35.

4.3 Eligibility for prizes

To be eligible, you must (a) be a Bloom Circle member in good standing on 31 December 2026, (b) have a valid email address on file, and (c) have at least one verified, non-refunded conversion during the leaderboard period.

4.4 Tiebreakers

If two or more members are tied on conversion count at the close of the leaderboard, the higher-ranked member is determined by, in order: (i) earliest date of first conversion during the year, (ii) higher lifetime spend at rachelbloom.com, (iii) random selection by Rachel Bloom.

4.5 Prize fulfilment

Winners will be contacted by email within 14 days of the leaderboard close. Winners must confirm acceptance and provide any required information within 30 days, or the prize is forfeited and may, at our discretion, pass to the next-ranked member.

Prizes are non-transferable, may not be exchanged for cash, and have no cash value. We may substitute a prize of equal or greater value at our discretion if the original prize becomes unavailable.

4.6 No purchase required to participate

You do not need to make a purchase to participate as a referrer. The leaderboard is decided strictly on qualifying referrals (which require the referred friend to make a purchase). The Programs are skill-based and not games of chance.

5. Fair use and fraud

The programs rely on good faith. We monitor referrals and conversions for patterns indicating fraud, including but not limited to: self-referral, fake accounts, coordinated chargebacks, paid-traffic schemes, and any attempt to manipulate the leaderboard.

If we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that activity is fraudulent, abusive, or in violation of these terms, we may: (a) deny or revoke rewards, (b) remove the member from the leaderboard, (c) suspend or terminate the member's Bloom Circle account, and (d) take legal action where appropriate. Our determination is final.

6. Taxes and reporting

Winners are responsible for any income, sales, or other taxes arising from their prize. For United States winners receiving prizes valued at $600 or more in a calendar year, we may be required to issue an IRS Form 1099-MISC and you may be required to provide a completed Form W-9 before prize fulfilment. Prizes for international winners may be subject to local tax law and customs duties, which are the winner's responsibility.

7. Privacy and data

To operate the programs we collect and process: your account information, your order history, your unique referral code, the email addresses of customers you refer, click and conversion data on your referral link, and your leaderboard ranking. We use this data only to operate the programs and as described in our Privacy Policy. We do not sell your data.

The public leaderboard does not display your real name. Each Bloom Circle member is automatically assigned a fictional Bloom Circle name (for example, "Pippa Praline" or "Marigold Macarons") drawn from our curated word library. This is the only name shown to other members on the public leaderboard. Your real name, email, and account details are never displayed publicly. Internally we record both your real account information and your assigned Bloom Circle name, so prizes are fulfilled correctly to the actual member regardless of what fictional name appears on the public board. If you wish to change your assigned Bloom Circle name, contact us at help@rachelbloom.com.

8. Changes and termination

We may modify, suspend, or terminate any of the programs at any time and for any reason. If we make material changes that affect already-earned rewards, we will give reasonable notice and honour rewards earned before the change. We may close any individual Bloom Circle account that violates these terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Ohio, USA, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising from the programs will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Montgomery County, Ohio, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
